MBA Program Site Access

After you have created your PID (Personal ID) and VT email, please send the Program Office (EveningMBAStudent@vt.edu) a test e-mail letting us know that you registered for class. This is very important!

Once you are registered for class : 

• Your new VT email address will be added to the Evening MBA listserv, which will ensure that you receive important registration, orientation and program-related information throughout your time as an MBA student. 

• You will receive an invitation via your VT email address to access Virginia Tech's Canvas portal and the Evening MBA "Course" within Canvas.  Canvas is VT's learning management system platform.  These resources should be your first stop for all things program and course-related while you are an MBA student. Within the Evening MBA course you will find the Evening MBA Student Manual. The Student Manual is your go-to source for things such as course syllabi, textbook requirements, graduate school forms, instructions on registering for your courses, graduate school policies and much more. You may begin exploring the Evening MBA Student Manual as soon as you are added to Canvas.   VIDEO:  Canvas Site overview for Students.
