MBA Alumni Mentoring Program
During their time in our program students are given the option to participate in the MBA Alumni Mentoring Program. Through this program, current MBA students are matched with an alumni mentor based upon their career interests. MBA alumni from diverse industries volunteer their time and expertise to help students expand their knowledge and grow beyond the traditional curriculum. Mentors provide personalized guidance, share industry insights, and offer practical advice to enhance students' learning experiences, helping them develop skills that are relevant in the real world. Participation in the program is optional, and many students choose to continue their mentoring relationships even after completing their degrees, fostering lasting connections that can support their career development.

The MBA Advisory Board (MBAAB) represents Virginia Tech's MBA alumni from all programs. These dynamic alumni facilitate networking opportunities and connect with current Flex MBA students.
