Financial Aid/Budget Tuition Plan

Loans & Scholarships:  Most financial aid at the graduate level is in the form of loans.  In order to be considered for loans, you must complete your FAFSA application. Once your FAFSA has been completed and reviewed, you will be notified of your available loan options via HokieSpa*, where you will be able to view and/or accept any aid offers.  

To view financial aid offers or accept aid through HokieSPA:

1. Select 'Financial Aid Information' Menu
2. Select ' My Award Information' Menu
3. Accept, View, Decline and Complete Loan Requirements

*Fall awards notifications are available by April/May at the earliest.

Additional Scholarship Options:  To research outside funding options, please visit the Scholarship and Financial Aid Office's Outside Scholarships page. There are some graduate options available.

Payment Plans:  Please contact the Bursar's Office directly in order to discuss and/or establish payment plans.
