Schedule and Location

The majority of the Evening MBA courses are offered in person at the Northern Virginia Center in Falls Church. The center is conveniently located for commuters with easy access to the West Falls Church Metro station, I-495, I-66, the Dulles Access Road (267), and Route 7. A small selection of courses are offered fully online.

Beginning in Spring 2025, the majority of the Evening MBA courses will be offered at our new home, the Innovation Campus. The Innovation Campus is located in the North Potomac Yard neighborhood of Alexandria, VA, conveniently located at the Potomac Yard-VT metro station, and accessible by I-495, I-395, and Route 1. A small selection of elective courses are offered fully online. 

The flexibility of the Evening MBA program allows students to complete their degree at their own pace. Most students take two courses per semester, but may elect to take anywhere between one and four in order to meet the demands of their personal and professional lives. Full-time students typically complete the degree in 3 years while part-time students typically complete it in 3.5 years.

Each course meets once per week from 6:00 – 8:50 pm. The number of courses a student takes each semester directly correlates to the number of nights they will be on-site at the Innovation Campus. Classes are held Monday through Thursday, but occasionally a Friday evening or Saturday morning course will be offered.

Summer courses – often electives – are also available for those who wish to progress through the program at a steady pace and maintain their momentum throughout the year. University breaks are observed during the fall and spring semesters.
