For students interested in focusing on information technology, Virginia Tech MBA now offers Master's of Information Technology (MIT) classes with the Evening MBA program. The MIT program is a fully online, joint degree between the College of Engineering and the Pamplin College of Business. Now, students can take advantage of the #2-ranked MIT degree in the nation and the #1 U.S. degree option for information technology professionals and those seeking a specialty in this field.

Opportunity for a Dual Degree

Evening MBA students may take approved MIT courses to fulfill their electives which can then be double-counted as part of the MIT program. This enables students to complete both the MBA and Master of IT in a compressed timeframe.  Students can carry over a maximum of five approved courses (15 credits) that will double-count towards their MIT degree.
