Maureen O. Hall is the Executive Director of the Virginia Tech Executive MBA Program. Prior to joining Virginia Tech, she held positions at business schools in the University of Michigan, Georgetown University, and Michigan State University. She has over 25 years of experience in higher education. Maureen comes to Pamplin after several years at Michigan State University. Maureen was the Director of the Full-Time MBA Program managing the Academic and Admissions Offices. During her tenure as Director of Academic & Program Services, the Michigan State MBA Program reached the top-tier of the Business Week rankings. Maureen worked at Georgetown over 15 years, holding various positions within the MBA Program and Undergraduate Business Program. During her tenure as the Assistant Dean of Student Life, Georgetown MBA was consistently in the top-tier of both US News and Business Week rankings. She holds BA and MALS degrees from Georgetown University, is a Virginia native, and has lived and traveled abroad.
Annabelle Ombac is the Assistant Director of the Virginia Tech Executive MBA Program. Prior to joining Virginia Tech, she was the Assistant Director of MBA Programs at the College of William & Mary, where she worked with their EMBA, Flex MBA and Full-Time MBA programs. Before William & Mary, she was in the DC metro area at non-profit organizations, Presidential Classroom and the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, managing logistics for their leadership conferences. She has her M.P.A. from George Mason University and graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with her B.A. in Communication. As a mission-driven professional with experience in event planning and program management, she is passionate about higher education and looks forward to working with you. Go Hokies!
